What I am doing:

 

drinking wine (Reisling) out of a champagne glass/goblet.  why?  because i am class. 

and because mom didn't want me to use the good wine glasses.

that would be studying.  wine and studying go well together, right?

Wanted to buy but they didn't have despite online saying they did:

 

I've been procrastinating on the studying all afternoon, can you tell?  i've answered PMs about stuff people are interested in buying from me on the Pinky forum, I've looked at ebay (has anyone ever sold something to someone who asked to buy it away from an auction?  I'm a little wary, but not paying fees would be nice), i've looked at dolls and I've gone to buy books.  i'm tempted to start cleaning off my desk, and i really NEED to do laundry.

I kinda wish I was a little bit more worried about this final.  But i'm really not. 

that, and i've never really learned how to actually study.  that could be a problem, huh?

oh, and finally.  BSG from Friday?  what the frakking frak?!  they need to seriously answer at least a couple questions before they disappear until early frakking 2009.

except for the fact that, yanno, i don't consider my love of the BJD to be silly at all.

i've been taking lots of pictures of the daffodils in the backyard this week.  i love taking pictures, and i like to think i'm not terrible at it.  i'm starting to figure out some more of the features on my wee little camera.  next up: manual focus.

(this is pretty much entirely just for me.  a few of these dolls are total pipe dreams, too.  awesome.  but these are the dollies that make me swoon at the moment.  lot of CP dolls in there... hmm...)

this is my bambicrony elf kumi.  she doesn't have a name yet, at least not that i know of.  she doesn't talk.

i changed her eyes last night, to the special pale blue glass ones above, and i think they suit her far far more than the dark dark blue ones she came with.

i'm completely enamored of her.  :)

 

 

oh so prih-tay!

and a new bod, too!  i dig the new bod.

 

this was my weekend project.  i love the idea of doing face-ups, so i got a gift card for christmas and spent it on art supplies.  this one i did with pastels and watercolor pencils.  it's my first, and i'm rather proud of it, even with the wonky left eyebrow!

i'm hoping that with some more practise, i might get good enough that other people might want me to do face-ups on their resin babes, too.

 

i just took a shower.  it was lovely.  i love taking showers for no reason.  i find it highly relaxing to sit under the spray and think of nothing... or everything.  and thus i did.

i just earlier this evening realized that Lupinus Lishe is a BOY. 

 

I never overly cared for Lishe as a girl... she just isn't one who really appeals to me.  but as a boy?  omfg, hot.  hott.  super hot.  i want a boy lishe now.  he will be my imri, i believe.

um... why is it that water makes skin dry?  i hate that.

i want a juri '06 head, too.  was offering on one, but she can't do a layaway (and it'd only be two damn weeks, too.  sonofabitch.), so i guess i'll keep looking.  boo.  hiss.

am thinking i'll sell my DIM tiny.  i'm just not feeling it.
